Translation services are available in most languages, including Arabic, Bosnian, Brazilian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech Danish Dutch Estonian Finnish French Georgian German Greek Hebrew Hungarian Italian Japanese Lithuanian Macedonian Norwegian Polish Portuguese Romanian Russian Serbian Slovak Slovenian Spanish Swedish Thai Turkish Ukrainian Vietnamese. According to Wikipedia, translation means interpreting text and producing an equivalent text in the other language. It also means communicating a specific message in another language. The text to be translated is called the source text, and the language it is to be translated into is called the target language; the final product is sometimes called the "target text." Translation takes into account constraints that include context, grammar of both languages, their writing conventions, and their idioms. There is no simple word-for-word correspondence between any two languages, and translation is not straightforward. An interesting phenomenon is that translation has the potential for using the idioms and usages from one language into the other. When this happens, the linguistic hybrids are known as "Franglais" (French-English), "Spanglish" (Spanish-English), "Poglish" (Polish-English), and "Portuñol" (Portuguese-Spanish). With the advent of computers, attempts have been made to automate the translation of natural-language texts (machine translation) or to use computers as an aid to translation (computer-assisted translation).
